Job summary

All The Best Global Sourcing Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chartering & Voyage Operations Executive in Singapore. You will charter vessels at competitive hire rates, manage full voyage lifecycles and ensure profitable execution while collaborating with shipowners, brokers, port agents and the Sales team.

Responsibilities include negotiating charters, reviewing C/P terms, and coordinating bunker procurement and post-fixture operations to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of Charter Party terms and international shipping practices.
• Familiarity with shipping docs (B/L, NOR, SOF) and laytime/demurrage concepts.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Able to juggle multiple voyages under commercial pressure.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and conclude Time Charter Trip (TCT) and Voyage Charter agreements with shipowners/brokers.
• Review and finalise Charter Party terms and rider clauses.
• Evaluate voyage economics including bunker and port costs to ensure profitability.
• Manage full post-fixture voyage operations from fixture confirmation to completion.
• Coordinate with port agents, terminals and vessel masters on arrivals and cargo operations.
