As an undergraduate, you will assist with event production, talent management, costuming, and vendor coordination from July to December 2026, in a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm).

Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Knowledge or interest in event production or event management-related fields.
• Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel.
• Self-starter who needs minimal supervision in motivating themselves and contributing to campaigns.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organisation and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure events operations run smoothly and safety is maintained.
• Monitor and coordinate performer talent base; assist with schedule and payment coordination.
• Assist and support Costuming to meet event requirements and costume operations.
• Assist Team Coordinator with vendor contracts, event schedules, travel, visas, and related paperwork.
• Think creatively to produce new concepts and complete a local Live Character event from start to finish.
