Job summary

Disney Live Events Singapore offers an immersive internship opportunity in our office, contributing to the creation and production of premier Disney live character events across Southeast Asia and beyond. You will support costuming, talent management, logistics, and stakeholder coordination to help deliver Magical experiences while aligning with regional business goals.

Qualifications

• Undergrad pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Media or related field
• Knowledge or interest in event production or event management
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken skills
• Self-starter who requires minimal supervision
• Available for full-time internship July–December 2026

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure events operations run smoothly and safety is not compromised
• Vendor liaison to meet timelines and budgets
• Monitor and coordinate performer talent database and assist talent management
• Assist costuming department on costuming and asset operations
• Administrative coordination: vendor contracts, event schedules, travel and visa paperwork
• Think creatively to produce new concepts and insights from social media trends
