Job summary

Certis is seeking a motivated intern to support change management activities for enterprise transformation projects, including AI adoption. You will assist in refining training curriculums for Change Facilitators and People Managers and coordinate training logistics to ensure effective delivery.

In this role you will draft communications, administer ADKAR surveys, and collaborate with an Institute of Higher Learning partner to establish a basic Change Management curriculum.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business (including HR), Psychology, or Communications.
• Prior experience in change management, communications, or project/event management is an advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work with ambiguity and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support change management (CM) activities for enterprise transformation projects, including the adoption of new technologies such as AI.
• Assist in refining and updating training curriculum for Change Facilitators and People Managers.
• Coordinate logistics for training courses: determine participant numbers, schedule course runs, send notifications, and track attendance.
• Draft and send communications (emails, notifications, updates) to stakeholders across the organization.
• Administer, collect, and analyze ADKAR surveys to measure change readiness and adoption progress.
• Coordinate with Institute of Higher Learning partner to establish a curriculum that trains basic Change Management concepts
• Support the establishment of a CM community of practice.
