Job summary

Worklane GmbH in Singapore is seeking a Change & Capability Partner to land the Manufacturing Excellence Programme changes on the shop floor. You will translate the strategy into plans, calendars, communications and training across sites, waves and squads.

Embedding the capability pathways designed by the People Team CoE, you will run pulse checks, track adoption, and hand back reusable playbooks to improve future waves and support business as usual.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in change management or capability deployment.
• Experience across multi-site, cross-functional environments.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, lean, MES/digital adoption experience.
• Strong execution discipline: planning, dependency management, reporting.
• Excellent writing for materials used by leaders and frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the change plan and rhythm across phases, sites, waves and squads.
• Draft and land the narrative; develop leader cascade packs and manager toolkits.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops, leader briefings and go‑see activity.
• Deploy learning pathways and coordinate capability assessments.
• Monitor readiness and adoption dashboards; reinforce post‑go‑live.
