Job summary

About The Job. As a C-suite Executive, the role assumes complete oversight of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and governance across all global operating entities. Core responsibilities involve driving treasury operations, managing capital allocation, supervising debt facilities, and overseeing overall working capital. The position acts as a key commercial partner to senior leadership and board members to maximize profitability, optimize investment returns, and strengthen operational efficiency. Additionally, the executive will guide transaction strategy-including merger and acquisition execution, due diligence, and post-deal integration-while standardizing enterprise financial reporting systems, audit controls, and international tax compliance.

Skills And Experience Required. Candidates must possess extensive finance leadership experience, including proven tenure in driving strategic corporate finance activities in asset-heavy industries. A degree in accounting or finance paired with a recognized professional credential such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is required. Strong expertise in cross-border financial reporting, corporate financing, complex risk management, and capital-intensive commercial operations is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate commercial acumen, strategic vision, and experience partnering with board members and leading geographically dispersed teams.
