Job summary

CI AI EDUCATION INCUBATOR in Singapore seeks a Centre Lead to oversee daily operations, implement curriculum, and uphold high teaching standards in line with MOE and ECDA guidelines to ensure safe, enriching learning environments. You will mentor staff, evaluate performance, maintain centre quality, support ECDA compliance, manage events, and drive SPARKS documentation and community engagement.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education with leadership

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher.
• Leadership certification: DPL/DECCE - Leadership.
• Knowledge of ECDA Guidelines and Requirements.

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher
• Principal role certification: DPL / DECCE - Leadership
