Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Principal (Preschool/Childcare/Kindergarten) to lead and support teaching staff across Suntec, Thomson, Marine Parade, Bedok, Sengkang, East Coast, and Toa Payoh locations. You will plan staff schedules, conduct team meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance in daily centre operations.

The role requires a degree in ECCE or a Leadership-focused Diploma, plus at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a preschool.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or Diploma in Preschool Education - Leadership (DPL).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a preschool setting.
• Experience with SPARK accreditation is an advantage.
