Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable Programme Manager to lead the development of initiatives, service processes, and operational standards aligned with the organisation’s priorities. The role focuses on driving improvements and ensuring service quality across programmes.

You will oversee staff induction, training and development frameworks, engage stakeholders, and supervise centre staff to achieve performance goals while monitoring budgets and resource use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new initiatives, service processes, operational standards and plans aligned with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of programme and service processes, policies and operating practices.
• Oversee the implementation of staff induction, training and development frameworks to support staff capability and service quality.
• Provide overall oversight of programme and service delivery, ensuring alignment with Centre objectives, policies and performance expectations.
• Partner with the Senior Manager to formulate and review strategies and policies for community-based services.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective and coordinated delivery of programmes and services.
• Provide operational leadership and supervision to Centre staff, including work allocation, performance guidance and team development.
• Oversee programme and service budgets, monitor expenditure and ensure responsible utilisation of allocated resources.
• Lead periodic reviews of programmes and services to assess effectiveness, relevance and responsiveness to the changing needs of clients.
