Job summary

• Develop and enhance products, processes, service standards and operational plans in support of the organisation’s strategic objectives.
• Review, streamline and improve work processes for programmes and services to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Implement staff induction, training and development programmes in accordance with the organisation’s framework and requirements.
• Oversee the delivery of programmes and services to ensure alignment with the Centre’s objectives, policies and service standards.
• Work with the Senior Manager to develop service strategies and policies for community-based services.
• Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective and coordinated service delivery.
• Provide operational leadership, guidance and supervision to Centre staff and support effective team performance.
• Monitor programme and service expenditure to ensure operations are managed within approved budgets.
• Review programmes and services regularly to assess their relevance, effectiveness and ability to meet the evolving needs of clients.
