Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Centre
• Liaise with tutors, parents and students
• Deliver quality customer service for queries and needs
• Resolve and close customer enquiries within set time
• Ensure student resources, stationery and merchandise are stocked
• Escalate urgent/complex issues to management
• Handle counter sales of tuition packages
• Coordinate marketing and sales activities at the branch
• Inform parents of new tuition schedules each semester
• Prepare daily and monthly reports
• Prepare for new academic year and semesters
• Be energetic with a business mindset
• Able to work weekends
