Locations: Tampines and Pasir Ris

Are you the person who keeps things running smoothly, makes people feel welcome and stays calm when the day gets busy? You could be our next Centre Manager.

We’re looking for a warm, organised and service-minded leader to help create a centre that children enjoy, parents trust and staff feel proud to be part of. You’ll bring together great service, smooth operations and a little sales savvy — welcoming new families, leading your team and turning everyday moments into a positive centre experience.

MAKE PARENTS FEEL WELCOME AND HEARD
  • Build genuine relationships with parents through friendly, clear and timely communication.
  • Listen to concerns, follow through on solutions and handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Help new families settle in, from their first enquiry to their child’s first day and beyond.
  • Work with teachers to keep families informed about their children’s progress and wellbeing.
KEEP THE CENTRE RUNNING SMOOTHLY
  • Oversee daily operations, staff deployment, schedules, student attendance and centre administration.
  • Coordinate safe arrival, school transfers where applicable, activities and dismissal arrangements.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming and well‑organised centre, with children’s safety and wellbeing at the heart of every decision.
  • Ensure MindSpace programmes and centre procedures are delivered consistently.
  • Handle incidents promptly, maintain accurate records and elevate concerns appropriately.
LEAD A TEAM PEOPLE ENJOY WORKING WITH
  • Guide, coach and support teachers and centre staff through regular feedback and clear expectations.
  • Build a positive team culture where colleagues communicate, share ideas and help one another.
  • Coordinate onboarding, briefings and staffing coverage.
  • Step in to support students and guide at least one primary school subject when needed.
HELP THE CENTRE GROW THROUGH GREAT SERVICE
  • Respond to enquiries, conduct engaging centre tours and explain our programmes and fees clearly.
  • Understand each family’s needs and help them decide whether our centre is the right fit.
  • Follow up thoughtfully with interested parents and guide them through registration.
  • Support open houses, referral activities and local outreach.
  • Work towards agreed enrolment and retention targets through trusted relationships and consistent service.
STAY ON TOP OF THE DETAILS
  • Oversee registrations, withdrawals, fee collection and outstanding payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare accurate centre, financial and enrolment reports.
  • Monitor expenses, supplies and facilities upkeep.
  • Work with the Centre Director to solve problems and improve how the centre operates.
YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU…
  • Have a Diploma or higher in Business Management, Education or a related discipline.
  • Bring at least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in student care, preschool or an enrichment centre.
  • Enjoy meeting parents and combine a welcoming approach with confident, professional follow-through.
  • Have experience handling enquiries, centre tours or enrolments, or are comfortable developing these skills.
  • Can lead a team, organise a busy day and take ownership when something needs fixing.
  • Communicate clearly, manage details carefully and are comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital administrative tools.
  • Can guide students in at least one primary school subject.
  • Care about children and bring a positive, practical approach to your work.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE REWARDING?

You’ll see the difference you make — in a parent who feels reassured, a teacher who feels supported, a child who settles in happily and a centre that grows stronger under your leadership.
