Curos Learning Pte. Ltd. is seeking aCentre Leader to run a student care centre with hands-on leadership on the floor with children. You will own the centre’s experience, the team delivering it, and strong relationships with families.

This is a growth-focused role with real authority over programme and centre development. The role requires 3+ years of leadership in student care or related service, and a Diploma or Degree. Singapore Citizens or PRs are eligible.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Own the centre experience: lead the team delivering services and build strong relationships with parents and families.
• Drive growth and enrolment; manage retention and tours to convert enquiries into sign-ups.
• Ensure safety for a mixed-age cohort and smooth transitions between school terms.
• Deliver the Curos holistic curriculum; plan activities, allocate duties, and manage resources.

Run a student care centre the way a principal runs a school. You need 3 or more years leading a team, in student care, enrichment, preschool, or a service business with real operational responsibility, and a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. You must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $3,500 to $4,500 a month, depending on experience.
• Your own centre: Curos Thomson Plaza, 301 Upper Thomson Road, #02-22, Singapore 574408. One home base, one team, one community of families. This is not a roving cover role.
• Real authority over programme, team and centre growth.
• Monday to Friday. No weekends.
• Medical coverage.
• A 1:12 ratio and proper infrastructure: wholesome meals, gate-to-door transport with live parent updates. You will be running a centre set up to succeed, not patching one that isn't.

THE JOB

• You own the centre: the experience families have, the team who deliver it, the relationships with parents, and the centre's growth. This is hands‑on leadership. You will be on the floor with the children, not behind a desk.
• Growth and enrolment. Own enrolment and retention. Give tours to prospective families, understand what they need, and convert enquiries into sign‑ups. Build the word of mouth that makes families recommend us without being asked.
• Students and safety. Manage a mixed‑age primary cohort. Keep every child safe through the school‑to‑centre transition and at dismissal. Respond calmly when something goes wrong.
• Programme. Deliver the Curos holistic curriculum: plan content, assign duties, manage resources. Run special events and excursions in MOE school holidays. Bring new ideas: parent talks, enrichment workshops, whatever your families need.
• People. Lead, coach and develop your teachers and assistants. Set clear goals, track them, and give feedback people can act on.

HOURS

School term: 9.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

MOE school holidays: shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
