Job summary

MindSpace in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Student Care Teacher to make afternoons matter. You will guide Primary 1–6 students with homework, teach core subjects, and run engaging enrichment activities with a warm, patient approach.

You will foster confidence and responsibility, supervise routines, and collaborate with the Centre Manager to ensure a welcoming learning environment for children, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching primary school children in school, student care, tuition or enrichment setting.
• Possess a teaching qualification or certification in education or student care.
• Able to teach at least two primary school subjects (English, Mathematics, Science or Chinese) with familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus.
• Dependable, punctual and committed to providing children with consistent care.
• Bring patience, warmth and clear communication to relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• MOE teaching experience and WSQ student care certification are welcome advantages.

Responsibilities

• Guide Primary 1-6 students with homework and help them build independent learning habits.
• Teach primary subjects and lead enrichment sessions and holiday programmes.
• Encourage kindness, confidence and responsibility through patient classroom management.
• Supervise daily routines and assist safe school-to-centre transfers where required.

Student Care Teacher - Make Afternoons Matter!

MindSpace | Clementi, Toa Payoh, Bukit Timah, East Coast

Salary: S$2,500-S$3,500 per month, depending on relevant qualifications and experience.

Full-time | 5.5-day work week, usually scheduled across five weekdays. Occasional Saturday work is required when needed.
