Job summary

4S Management in Singapore is seeking a capable leader to oversee eldercare programmes and community-based services. You will work with senior management to develop strategies, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with centre objectives.

The role requires experience with elderly clients, strong project management, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings.
• 3–5 years in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills to plan, coordinate, and evaluate programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans aligned with organisational strategies.
• Review and improve work processes of programmes and services.
• Implement staff induction, training and development framework.
• Oversee service delivery of programmes and services in line with centre objectives.
• Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services with Senior Manager.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre.
• Monitor programmes and services expenses to stay within budgets.
• Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness for future client needs.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services. Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate programmes effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with seniors, volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to manage both 4S Active Aging Centre @ Eunos Crescent and 4S Eldercare Centre @ Eunos Crescent
