Job summary

NEW LIFE PRESCHOOL SERVICES LTD. is seeking a dedicated Childcare Centre Leader to guide teaching and support staff at our Bedok and Marine Drive centres.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain licensing compliance, and foster strong partnerships with parents and stakeholders to support young learners. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in ECCE and a Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a preschool setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma ECCE required.
• Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership (DPL) preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Centre Leader in a preschool setting.

Responsibilities

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people-management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Good command of spoken and written English
