Job summary

SKY QUEST LAB PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Manager to drive student recruitment, marketing, and branding for Chinese Debate Classes and future tuition programmes. The role includes Sunday work and some remote parent communication.

You will engage parents and prospective students, respond to queries, and identify new lead sources to grow the pipeline. Collaboration with the Marketing Team and ad-hoc duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or higher education qualification.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a tuition centre in Singapore.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin communication.
• Ability to work on Sundays.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with parents and prospective students to enroll them in classes.
• Respond promptly and accurately to queries about programmes.
• Identify and pursue new lead sources to grow the student pipeline.
• Propose and implement promotional activities to increase outreach.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials to support outreach efforts.
• Manage social media platforms under Marketing Team guidance to enhance visibility.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned, coordinating with the Admin Officer for support.
