Job summary

CapitaLand Group is seeking an Executive, Central Reservation to support the Sales Department for Ascott properties in Singapore. You will handle and process reservations through online travel agencies, phone, and email, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include coordinating group bookings, maintaining detailed records in the system, and liaising with Finance for commissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Good team player and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations for Ascott properties in Singapore accurately and timely.
• Respond to phone calls and emails within service levels.
• Maintain reservation details in the system with accuracy.
• Maximise occupancy and rates through proactive selling.
• Coordinate group bookings and liaise with departments for requirements and billing.
• Prepare commission letters for agents and liaise with Finance.
• Respond to sales inquiries with follow-up actions via email or phone.
• Create and maintain profiles in SAGE and Property Management System.
