Job summary

Cornerstone Community Church is seeking a Cell Department Executive to support the development and operations of our Cell Ministry. You will coordinate communications, engage stakeholders, and manage digital platforms and training resources for effective ministry delivery.

The role requires at least two years in communications or programme coordination within a Christian or non-profit setting, strong faith, excellent written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years in communications, programme coordination, content development, or related ministry/non-profit work.
• Strong personal faith and Christian values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and digital skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Work independently and with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, Canva, CapCut; social platforms knowledge required.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as events require.

Responsibilities

• Support development and operations of our Cell Ministry.
• Coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement social media strategies.
• Manage digital platforms and online training resources.
• Provide admin and logistics support for events, training, and courses.
• Contribute to content development, communications planning, and post-program follow-up.
