Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD is seeking an experienced Architect to define the target CDE architecture and information governance strategy across planning, design, construction, handover and operations.

You will lead architecture across solutions, platforms and integration patterns, balancing vendor options, standards and long-term maintainability for enterprise-scale BIM and construction tech ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution, enterprise, platform architecture or large-scale systems integration.
• Delivery of construction tech, project information management, CDE or BIM solutions.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles across multiple domains.
• Experience designing ecosystem-level platforms with multiple products and stakeholders.
• Defined architecture standards, reference architectures, integration models and roadmaps.
• Hands-on with CDE, BIM ecosystems and asset information management.
• Knowledge of information lifecycle and asset management practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management principles and multi-party exchange.
• Stakeholder engagement and governance capability balancing business needs and constraints.
• Hands-on with one or more CDE/BIM/project information management platforms.
• Experience across multiple tech ecosystems enabling interoperable architectures.
• Construction tech, BIM collaboration, digital handover experience.
• Experience with Azure, API Management, event-driven, microservices, enterprise integration, SaaS and IAM.
• Knowledge of information governance, data governance, security, compliance and audit controls.
• Ability to evaluate new CDE/BIM solutions and propose adoption approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and technology roadmap for the CDE ecosystem.
• Define information structures spanning planning to operations and lifecycle.
• Establish controls for ownership, stewardship, permissions, retention and traceability.
• Design reusable patterns for document management, workflows, collaboration and handover.
• Ensure architecture supports current and future CDE platforms with scalability and security.
• Define API strategies, event-driven patterns and interoperability standards.
• Design information flows across construction tech and information management platforms.
• Provide technology leadership to product managers, business analysts and engineers.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and enterprise teams to align with enterprise controls.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and promote open standards and interoperability.
