Job summary

Xtremax Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Architect to define and evolve the CDE architecture, information management strategy, and technology roadmap across the project, design, handover and operations lifecycle.

The role focuses on architecture patterns, governance, interoperability across Autodesk, Nemetschek, LeapThought, Bentley, Procore and Oracle Aconex ecosystems, with senior leadership to coordinate product managers, engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution/enterprise/platform architecture.
• Experience delivering CDE, BIM or construction technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 information management principles.
• Ability to define architecture standards and roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture and technology roadmap for the CDE ecosystem, balancing collaboration, governance and scalability.
• Define information structures spanning planning, design, construction, handover and operations.
• Establish controls for ownership, permissions, retention and auditability.
• Design reusable patterns for document management, workflows and information exchange.
• Ensure architecture supports multiple platforms with security, extensibility and resilience.
• Define API strategies and interoperability standards between CDE, BIM and enterprise systems.
• Guide Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineering teams on solution design and debt management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and cloud teams to align with enterprise principles.
