Job summary

Astek Singapore Innovation Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define architecture, information management strategy, and technology roadmap for the PX platform and CDE ecosystem.

This role focuses on scalable, interoperable solutions across planning, design, construction, handover, and operations, integrating CDE, BIM, and enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in solution/platform/enterprise architecture with strong knowledge of BIM/CDE

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Platform Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or large-scale Systems Integration.
• Strong experience with construction technology, CDE, BIM, project information management, or digital delivery solutions.
• Strong knowledge of solution, information, integration, platform, and cloud architecture.
• Experience designing complex platforms involving multiple systems, organisations, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Experience defining reference architectures, integration patterns, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
• Good understanding of BIM/CDE workflows, document management, revision control, digital handover, and asset information management.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and multi-party information exchange across owners, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong architecture governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / Autodesk Platform Services, Nemetschek, LeapThought, Bentley, Procore, or Oracle Aconex.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, API Management, microservices, event-driven architecture, SaaS platforms, enterprise integration, and IAM.
• Knowledge of information/data governance, security architecture, compliance, auditability, and traceability controls.
• Experience across construction digitalisation, BIM collaboration, design coordination, and digital handover.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture and technology roadmap for the CDE and Partner Experience ecosystem.
• Establish architecture patterns for BIM coordination, document management, workflows, approvals, collaboration, digital handover, and information exchange.
• Define information architecture and governance, including metadata, classification, permissions, ownership, retention, auditability, and information lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 information management principles.
• Design API, event-driven, and integration architectures connecting CDE, BIM, asset management, project delivery, and enterprise systems.
• Establish interoperable integration patterns across platforms such as Autodesk, Nemetschek, LeapThought, Bentley, Procore, and Oracle Aconex.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, security, resiliency, extensibility, and maintainability while minimising vendor lock-in.
• Provide architectural guidance to Product Managers, Business Analysts, Designers, and Engineering teams.
• Work with cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise architecture, and platform teams to ensure alignment with organisational standards.
• Evaluate technology vendors, solutions, and product roadmaps to support platform evolution.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to define the architecture, information management strategy, and technology roadmap for Partner Experience (PX) platform and Common Data Environment (CDE) ecosystem.

The role will focus on creating scalable and interoperable solutions for managing project and asset information across planning, design, construction, handover, and operations, while integrating CDE, BIM, project delivery, and enterprise platforms.
