Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. seeks a senior architect to define and lead the CDE architecture and governance across planning, design, build and handover.

You will shape information structures, interoperability patterns and platform strategies that enable scalable, secure asset information management across multiple BIM ecosystems. You will collaborate with product, engineering and cybersecurity teams to balance business needs with governance, extensibility and long-term maintainability, while driving

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solution/enterprise/platform architecture or large-scale systems integration.
• Experience delivering construction tech, CDE or BIM solutions.
• Strong grasp of architecture principles including cloud-native design.
• Experience designing ecosystem-level platforms with multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to define standards, reference architectures, integration models and roadmaps.
• Hands-on with CDE/BIM ecosystems and construction information management.
• Understanding of information flow in asset lifecycles and governance.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 information management principles and multi-party exchange.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and technology roadmap for CDE ecosystem across partner network.
• Set information structures spanning planning to operations, including metadata and lifecycles.
• Establish controls for ownership, permissions, retention and auditability.
• Design reusable patterns for document management, BIM coordination and workflows.
• Ensure architecture supports current/future CDE platforms with extensibility and security.
• Define API strategies and interoperability standards linking CDE, BIM, project delivery and ERP systems.
• Map information flows across major platforms (Autodesk, Nemetschek, LeapThought, Bentley, Procore, Oracle Aconex).
• Guide Product Managers and engineering teams on solution design, trade-offs and debt management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and cloud/platform teams to align with enterprise controls.
• Evaluate vendors and promote open standards and interoperable solutions.
