Job summary

NEO GARDEN CATERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team in our catering kitchen, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to hygiene standards.

You will assist the Operations Manager, manage purchasing, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining inventory integrity. The role requires strong leadership, weekend availability, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

Qualifications

• O Level completion is required.
• 3-5 years of related working experience, of which 1 year in supervisory capacity.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to work weekends & public holidays.
• Willingness to work long hours, especially during festive seasons.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of operations staff to ensure kitchen efficiency.
• Report and assist Operations Manager with the entire catering operations.
• Enforce compliance with hygiene standards and requirements.
• Ensure kitchen operations meet delivery timelines and maintain inventory integrity.
• Oversee purchasing of vegetables/fruits, frozen foods, meat, groceries, packaging, etc.
