Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior / F&B Catering Operation Executive to coordinate equipment delivery, setup, and collection across island-wide locations in Singapore.

You will manage the full delivery cycle from order coordination through to on-site setup and post-event collection, ensuring proper handling and maintenance of catering equipment. Responsibilities include scheduling deliveries, liaising with sales on orders, loading/unloading equipment, and ensuring hygiene

Qualifications

• Possess valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
• Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery orders according to schedule.
• Liaise with salesperson on customer orders before delivery.
• Load and unload catering equipment for delivery vehicles.
• Deliver to island-wide catering locations and arrange on-site setup.
• Coordinate on-site setup and post-event cleanup (cocktail events, buffets, seminars).
• Maintain inventory of catering equipment and ensure proper handling.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic service readiness.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Operation Manager.
