• Follow delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with sales to confirm customer orders before delivery.
• Load and unload catering equipment into and from delivery vehicles.
• Deliver and collect equipment island-wide.
• Communicate with customers to understand on-site setup requirements.
• Organize setup and cleanup for events (cocktail parties, buffets, seminars).
• Control inventory of catering equipment during collection and delivery.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic servicing.
