Job summary

EATZ CATERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Admin Executive to support the Office, Kitchen & Operations with organized, detail-oriented handling of daily tasks in our Singapore operations.

You will help maintain records, coordinate equipment repairs, manage petty cash, and assist with procurement and HR-related duties to keep the team running efficiently. Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or relevant qualification.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work independently and follow up on tasks.
• Experience in F&B or catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Office, Kitchen & Operations team
• Coordinate and follow through on equipment repair and servicing with vendors
• Manage petty cash and handle claims and reimbursements accurately
• Maintain proper records of kitchen and office inventory
• Assist in procurement and office supplies ordering
• Support in food labeling and packing documentation when needed
• Manage company vehicle servicing & Insurance Matter
• Assist with basic HR tasks, including: New Staffs Onboarding, Staff attendance tracking, Leave records management & Preparing simple HR letters and documents
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
