Job summary

GRAIN PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an energetic delivery associate to pack, deliver, set up buffets, and manage meal box orders with care. You will ensure on-time dispatch, uphold hygiene standards, and support logistics tasks to maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a proactive mindset, a Class 3 manual driving licence, ~2 years driving experience, and a passion for excellent service in a halal-certified food setting. Training and growth opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Pack, deliver, set up and tear down catering buffets/mini buffets.
• Pack and deliver general meal box orders in an organised manner.
• Maintain hygiene of delivery vehicles and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Assist in logistics-related tasks and ensure accurate order packing.
• Meet fulfillment targets and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

You will:

• Pack, deliver, set up and tear down catering buffets/mini buffets in a timely and organised manner.
• Pack and deliver general meal box orders in a timely and organised manner.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle(s).
• Assist in logistics-related work.
• Ensure food dispatched to our mealbox and buffet catering teams are accurate.
• Ensure food orders are sufficiently well packed to withstand the rigours of transport.
• Ensure food orders are dispatched on time for pick up.
• Achieve the target Fulfilment defect rate prevailing from time to time.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.
