Job summary

D & P RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable private/ company driver in Singapore to support deliveries and logistics for clients and in-house outlets. The role emphasizes punctuality, safety, and professional conduct while handling routine vehicle duties.

You will be responsible for loading, delivering, and invoicing where applicable, as well as planning efficient routes and maintaining accurate trip records. The position requires flexibility to work weekends or public holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods and pack items for delivery.
• Load catering food/meals into the van.
• Deliver to clients and in-house cafe outlets.
• Deliver invoices and obtain signed copies.
• Liaise with office staff on missing items or invoice issues.
• Assist with in-house cafe/home deliveries.
• Unload and return empty crates to the factory.
• Pack catering food after deliveries are completed.
• Maintain good client relationships through punctual deliveries and professional conduct.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and good condition.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing/refueling.
• Keep records of mileage, fuel, maintenance, and trips.
• Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Comply with traffic laws and company policies.
• Carry out other duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of goods & packing of goods
• Load all assigned catering food / meals in the van
• Deliver to all allocated clients and in-house café/restaurant outlets
• Deliver invoices accurately and ensure signed copies where necessary
• Liaise with office staff on any missing or inaccurate items or issues with invoices
• Assist with in-house café/restaurant home deliveries
• Unload and return all empty delivery crates to factory
• Packing of catering food / meals after deliveries are completed
• Maintain good relationships with clients through punctual and accurate deliveries and polite attitude
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing, repairs, and refueling when required.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, maintenance, and trips
• Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays
• Assist with loading and unloading items when necessary

Requirements
