Job summary

Singapore Food Services Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Catering Delivery Crew to ensure timely delivery and professional setup of catering events. You will load, unload, transport, and arrange food displays in venues, coordinating with Kitchen, Operations and Sales teams for flawless execution.

Applicants should have a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and prefer 1+ year of catering delivery or event setup experience. Flexible hours including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and a good driving record.
• Experience in catering delivery, logistics, or event setup preferred.
• Physically able to lift and carry equipment and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver catering food, beverages, equipment, and materials to venues on time.
• Load, unload, and transport items while preserving quality and presentation.
• Set up buffet lines and event displays according to standards.
• Dismantle setups and collect equipment after events.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations, and Sales teams for smooth events.
• Prepare and organise catering equipment before each delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of equipment.
• Support delivery-only orders and ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Run company errands and transport supplies when needed.
• Keep vehicles clean and roadworthy; comply with safety rules.

We are seeking a motivated and positive Catering Delivery Crew, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and professional delivery and setup of catering events.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver catering food, beverages, equipment, and event materials safely and punctually to customers' venues.

• Load, unload, and transport catering items with care to maintain food quality and presentation.

• Set up buffet lines, grazing tables, food stations, and event displays according to company standards and customer requirements.

• Dismantle event setups and collect catering equipment after events.

• Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth event execution.

• Prepare, check, pack, and organise catering equipment and event materials before each delivery.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and inventory of catering equipment and storage areas.

• Support delivery-only orders and ensure accurate order fulfilment.

• Carry out company errands, including transporting supplies and equipment when required.

• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, roadworthy, and well maintained.

• Adhere to all food hygiene, workplace safety, and traffic regulations.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence with a good driving record.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in catering delivery, logistics, or event setup is preferred.

• Physically fit and able to lift and carry catering equipment and food containers.

• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings when required.

• Good time management and organisational skills.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
