Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising.
• Experience in liquor/tobacco preferred; travel retail or FMCG exposure highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Optimize product assortment using consumer insights, market trends, and performance data.
• Define store layouts, brand segmentation, and ensure planogram implementation.
