Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking an entry-level team member to support our busy Food & Beverage operations. You will help maintain mise-en-place, keep areas spotless, polish cutlery, and assist with delivering meals to guests during service.

No formal education or prior experience required; training will be provided. You must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and present a neat, professional appearance to help deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Ensure that the work areas are clean at all times and that the cleaning schedule is adhered to.
• Ensure that the mise-en‑place is completed prior to service and continually replenished.
• Maintain responsibility for the polishing of cutlery, crockery, coppers and silvers.
• Ensure that the chefs table is set up and the coffee area maintained.
• Ensure trays are carried and food delivered to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
