Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking friendly Food & Beverage service staff in Singapore to join our guest-centric team. You will handle orders, serve guests, and support colleagues to ensure a flawless dining experience across our restaurants.

Responsibilities include taking reservations by phone and email, upselling menu items, and maintaining hygiene standards. A professional appearance and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes.
  • Diploma in any field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization.
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
  • Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance.

  • All other administrative duties in the restaurant.
