Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a Security Operations team member to maintain relationships with guests and uphold a professional image across in-person, phone, and digital channels. You will relay information promptly to meet guests’ expectations.

You will operate the Central Monitoring/Communication Console, analyze information from IT systems, and monitor activities in gaming and non-gaming areas, escalating suspicious behavior per SOPs.

Formación

• Secondary graduate or better.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as on public holidays.
• Be literate in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an effective relationship with Guests.
• Maintain a professional image in all dealings with customers, in person, by telephone/radio, electronically, etc.
• Meet the customers’ requirements and expectations through the prompt and accurate relaying of information.
• Operate Central Monitoring/Communication Console, observe and analyze activities across non-gaming, gaming and cash handling areas.
• Survey Team Members / Customers Activity from the Monitor Room; monitor for unlawful or suspicious activity and escalate as necessary.
• Monitor Team Members and customers in accordance with company policies, SOPs and regulations.
