Job summary
Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Casino Front Counter Cashier to join our entertainment facility’s front-counter team. The role involves handling cashier duties, assisting customers at kiosks, and providing service with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Salary starts from 2400 SGD basic with additional tips.
Location is central with company bus transport. Shifts rotate morning, afternoon and night; annual leave starts at 14 days.
Qualifications
- Experience in cashiering, banking or customer service is advantageous.
- No experience accepted; training provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties at front counter.
- Assist customers at self-service kiosks and Customer Service desks.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues at the point of sale.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and SOPs.
