Job summary

GRAIN88 PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly, customer‑minded front desk associate to deliver excellent service.

You will handle reservations and enquiries by phone, register all check‑ins, process transactions at the point‑of‑sale, and ensure cash is accurate at the start and end of each shift. Maintain a safe, clean environment, communicate clearly with team and management, keep a neat appearance, assist with service duties when needed, and handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Register all check-in customers
• Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
• Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members andmanagement.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• May be required to assist with service duties if necessary.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
