Job summary

HAVE FUN YISHUN PTE. LTD. is seeking a front-of-house team member to deliver friendly, efficient service and ensure a positive guest experience in our outlet.

You will handle reservations and enquiries, check-in guests, process transactions on the POS, and maintain accurate cash at shift start and end. Applicants should be able to work unsupervised, communicate clearly with colleagues and management, and help with service duties when needed while maintaining a neat appearance and a clean, safe

Qualifications

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Register all check-in customers
• Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system
• Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift.
• Maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• May be required to assist with service duties if necessary.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
