Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive professional to assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies within the banking and insurance sector.

The role involves submitting insurance applications, maintaining documentation, and liaising with insurers. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for interaction with diverse stakeholders, with a strong focus on customer service and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the sales team with sales development and implementation to achieve business objectives.
• Submit and liaise insurance applications with insurers.
• Document and maintain each insurance application accurately.
• Familiar with insurance products/services and banks' credit procedures.
• Coordinate medical examinations and logistic arrangements for new leads; prepare insurance forms and policy contracts; handle client reimbursements.
• Handle enquiries from internal and external customers.
• Participate in internal and external training programs.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with sales development and implementation in achieving their business objectives
• Submit/ liaise applications with insurers
• Assist in proper documentation and maintenance of each application
• Familiar with insurance product/ services and banks' credit procedure
• Perform administrative tasks, such as organizing medical examination and logistic for new leads, preparing insurance forms and policy contract package, handling client's reimbursement
• Handle enquiries from internal and external customers
• Participate in internal & external continuous training/ learning programs
• Participate in general improvement of internal process

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor degree or equivalent with at least 3-4 years' experience preferably in the banking/ insurance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Performance driven and results focused
• A team player that possess good interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation proficiencies.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
