Job summary

FH UNITED PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Carpenter Supervisor to oversee daily carpentry works at construction sites in Singapore. You will plan manpower, assign tasks, and coordinate with Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and other trades to keep progress on schedule.

The role requires reading drawings and ensuring quality according to plans, with on-the-job training provided as needed and strict adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction carpentry works.
• Good knowledge of formwork, timber works and general carpentry works.
• Able to supervise workers and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carpentry works at construction sites and coordinate with project team.
• Plan manpower according to the site work schedule and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure works align with drawings, specifications and site requirements.
• Ensure workers follow proper work procedures and safety requirements; conduct on-the-job guidance.
