Job summary

CTRLPLUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site operations professional to oversee joinery and renovation projects in Singapore.

You will manage day-to-day field activities, coordinate with carpentry workshops, and ensure timely project handovers while maintaining quality workmanship. The role involves planning labour, supervising subcontractors, conducting regular progress meetings, and delivering reports to clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing day to day operations of joinery/Carpentry and other renovation works/ID fit-outs (eg. partitions) at construction project locations.
• Managing projects on an on-going basis through regular progress meetings and preparation of progress reports.
• Effectively communicate clients’ needs and requirements to the different stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and workmanship of construction works are satisfactory to clients’ expectations.
• Project planning of all labour and sub-contractors.
• Show strong cost control and budgeting abilities.
• Liaising with carpentry workshop production with schedule of joinery.
• Execute projects, allocate work schedule, prioritise workflow and ensure projects are handed over to clients timely.
• Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.
