Job summary

Steel Ally Resources Pte. Ltd in Singapore seeks a Site Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise a team of workers, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

You will read blueprints and building plans, inspect and repair frameworks and fixtures, measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plastic, and other construction materials, and adapt to shipyards, construction sites, and other worksites to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise a team of workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
• Must be able to work in various environments, including shipyards, construction sites, and other worksites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans to meet project requirements and client needs.
• Inspect, repair, and replace damaged frameworks, fixtures, and other wooden structures.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plastic, and other construction materials accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.
