Job summary

GH15 PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Full-time Site Supervisor to assist the project manager in achieving work objectives, teach workers, and ensure progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.

The role requires interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with the team, and maintaining daily progress records. Strong communication and safety focus are essential. Candidate should have a Diploma or related discipline, and min 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related disciplines required.
• Skill evaluation course completed.
• Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings.
• Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend Daily Tool-box meeting and briefing workers at 7:30a.m.
• Familiarize with Archi and Structural drawings.
• Communicate and implement the project manager's objectives to ensure work progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.
• Provide setting out according to the drawing's requirements.
• Teach and demonstrate workers how to erect the shoring; assembly prefab formwork; install formwork and dismantle the formwork.
• Check the size, level and alignments of the formwork to meet consultant specifications and design requirements.
• Meet efficiency targets set by the company and site operations team.
• Keep a daily record.
• Report daily progress, quality, safety and efficiency to Project Manager before leaving work.
• Full-time supervision of workers.

Assist the project manager to achieve work objectives, personally teach and demonstrate the work of the workers. Ensure that each worker meets the customer's requirements for progress and quality under the premise of ensuring safe work. And the company's efficiency goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Attend Daily Tool-box meeting and briefing workers at 7:30a.m.
• Familiarize with Archi and Structural drawings
• Communicate and implement the project manager's objectives to ensure work progress, quality and safety meet customer requirements.
• Provided setting out according to the drawing's requirements.
• Teach and personally demonstrate workers how to erect the shoring; Assembly prefab formwork; Install formwork and Dismantling the formwork.
• Check the size, level and alignments of the formwork. Ensure that the completed form work quality meets the requirements of the Consultant Specification and PE Design Requirements.
• And also meet efficiency targets set by the company and the site operation team.
• Keep a daily record.
• Report daily progress, quality, safety and efficiency to Project Manager before leaving work.
• Full-time supervision of worker.
