Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT systems operations or project management or business analysis.
• Familiarity with IM8 guidelines and IT governance practices.
• Experience with Agile and/or DevOps is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, or Certified ScrumMaster are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of carpark management systems from business case through to go-live.
• Oversee system maintenance, enhancements, and migrations ensuring on-time, quality delivery.
• Collaborate with business users to translate needs into digital solutions and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure day-to-day system operations run smoothly and address IT incidents and audits.
