Job summary

Nanyang Technological University Singapore is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Coordinator to ensure the highest level of care for the NTU community. The role coordinates care efforts and ensures operations follow the University’s policies and protocols.

You will develop care networks across NTU, coordinate with schools and central offices, implement wellbeing and training programmes, and ensure timely case management and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; psychology, counselling or social work preferred.
• Fluency with data collection and management; knowledge of analytic methods is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and university-level information systems.
• Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in critical incident management and crisis response is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage critical incidents within a team to ensure coordinated emergency interventions for employees, students, and next of kin.
• Develop and implement specialised case management and safety plans for timely case resolution.
• Coordinate follow-up care with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Capture and maintain care and support data and records for reporting and analysis.
• Monitor care channels and respond promptly to queries.
• Facilitate communications between schools/halls and university offices for case management.
• Assist in ongoing communications with NTU stakeholders and external resources to improve workflows.
• Support specialist training to enhance the community’s care competencies.
• Develop and implement wellbeing services and training programmes to strengthen NTU’s wellbeing capacity.
