Job summary

Eastern General Hospital (EGH) invites skilled Respiratory Therapists to join a multidisciplinary team delivering dedicated care in ICU and general wards. You will contribute to high-quality patient care by applying respiratory therapies and advanced support techniques.

You will initiate and titrate ventilation, manage ventilatory modes, perform CPR, and collaborate closely with clinicians while committing to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Respiratory Therapy/Care from recognised institutions.
• Respiratory Therapist credentials in the country of training and licensure.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/BLS) certificate.
• CEP certification to practise.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant ICU respiratory care experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a rotating day/night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients in ICU and general wards.
• Initiate and titrate assisted ventilation.
• Manage various ventilatory modes and equipment.
• Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team.
