Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a lead application development professional to oversee the system development, implementation and support of strategic card projects on the mainframe platform. You will ensure alignment with card technology standards and collaborate across Cards teams globally.

The role requires hands-on leadership, risk management, and coordination with PMs, BAs, and security teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions across the Cards technology stack.

Qualifications

• Lead a team to plan technical deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate across domain teams to manage technical and security dependencies.
• Lead SIT/UAT/Performance testing and application security testing with quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of application developers to plan technical deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Plan & collaborate across domain application teams to manage technical and security dependencies of the solution.
• Provide SIT/UAT, performance/load testing and application security testing with quality results.
• Hands-on to ensure enhancements align with the solution plan.
• Partner with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure design complies with standards.
