Job summary

BIT is seeking a product leader to own the card issuing risk control lifecycle, building an end-to-end risk platform with real-time interception and investigation workflows. You will refine rules, thresholds, and monitoring to balance fraud prevention with user experience across diverse card types.

You will partner with risk operations, data analytics, and engineering to ensure millisecond decision engines stay compliant with Visa/Mastercard guidelines while exploring AI/ML enhancements to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills to investigate anomalous signals and evaluate rule performance.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with risk, compliance, data analytics and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of card issuing risk control product, building an end-to-end risk platform.
• Refine risk engine rules and threshold configurations to improve fraud detection while reducing false positives.
• Design and optimize post-transaction monitoring, review workflows, and settlement-cycle protections.
• Tailor limit controls, 3DS strategies, and risk protections for different user tiers and card types.
• Collaborate with risk operations to improve alert routing, case management, and processing efficiency.
• Work with data and engineering to ensure millisecond-level decision engine stability and regulatory compliance.
• Explore AI/ML models to improve detection accuracy for complex fraud rings.
