Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or service capacity.
• Experience as a maintenance technician is preferred.
• Hardworking, reliable, proactive and an excellent problem solver.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work a shift schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect equipment for wear and arrange for repair or replacement as necessary.
• Provide instruction and supervision to staff in the proper handling of car wash equipment.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and maintained.
• Handle on-site cash and keep records of daily receipts, employee time, wage data, and supplies used.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• May participate in washing, polishing, and other services during peak periods.
