Job summary

You will monitor equipment maintenance, supervise staff, ensure safety, and handle on-site cash while keeping daily records. This role requires 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a service setting and a proactive approach to problem solving. Work outdoors in all weather, with a shift pattern that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or service capacity.
• Experience as a maintenance technician is preferred.
• Hardworking, reliable, proactive and an excellent problem solver.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work a shift schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
