Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Technical Support Programmer to join our Car Park Technical Support team. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving and ownership of issues from start to finish.

You will maintain security and parking systems, provide day-to-day technical support to users, resolve software issues, and help train teammates and end-users. Collaboration with Field Support and Customer Support teams will occur onsite and remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferred.
• Proven experience with C#, Visual Studio, IIS, SQL, web services, CSS, AJAX, Javascript, XML.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases, writing and optimizing queries.
• Able to work well individually and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and perform system maintenance for security and parking systems.
• Provide day-to-day system/technical support to users on all inquiries.
• Assist in resolving software related technical issues with customers, contractors and vendors.
• Provide training to teammates and end-users.
• Assist in project implementation and enhancement work of security and car park systems.
• Collaborate with Field Support and Customer Support teams onsite and remotely.
